A four-day journey designed to foster deep human connection and courageous self-leadership. Grounded in the timeless landscape of the Red Centre, this experience offers a rare opportunity to slow down, tune in, and lead from the inside out—through moments of reflection, shared stories, and meaningful dialogue.

Day 1: Opening the Journey – Ormiston Gorge to Finke River

~5–6 hrs walking

Theme: Grounding in Self – What do I bring into this space?

Leadership Moment: Welcome circle and values-based check-in beside the Finke River. Prompt: Who are you when you’re most alive?

Evening Reflection: Optional journaling or fireside storytelling around earliest memories of belonging or being truly seen.

Day 2: Rising to Perspective – Counts Point

~6–8 hrs walking

Theme: Perspective & Truth – What do I see more clearly from up here?

Leadership Practice: Paired walk-and-talk to explore challenges in leadership. Prompt: Where am I holding back out of fear?

Evening Circle: Vulnerability practice. Prompt: What’s one truth I’ve never said out loud in a leadership setting?

Day 3: Inner Terrain – Ormiston Pound Walk

~5–6 hrs walking

Theme: Exploring the Inner Landscape

Leadership Thread: Reflect on the internal “terrain” we navigate as leaders—self-doubt, stories, patterns. Walk in silence through parts of the gorge.

Evening Practice: Guided empathy circle. Prompt: What do I need to feel truly supported in a team?

Day 4: Climbing Sonder – Courage & Commitment

~5–6 hrs walking (summit day)

Theme: Courage and Vision

Leadership Thread: Sunrise climb as a metaphor for bold, values-led leadership. Solo time at summit. Prompt: What is the mountain I must climb when I return home?

Evening Integration: Toast at sundown to the courage it takes to lead with heart. Gratitude sharing.

Day 5–6 (if continued itinerary): Re-entry & Belonging

Group debriefs, personal action setting, and a Closing Circle celebrating each person’s transformation.

Gift: Each participant receives a personal letter summarising their leadership essence witnessed during the journey.

A soulful leadership experience combining Tasmania’s pristine wilderness with intentional, heart-led conversations. This immersion is designed to guide participants from self-awareness to shared belonging—unlocking authentic leadership grounded in empathy, trust, and purpose.

Day 1: Arriving in Presence

Launceston to Bay of Fires | ~4 hrs walking

Theme: Rooting in Self – Presence, Intention & Values

Leadership Invitation: Silent reflection walk along the beach. Prompt: What do I want to let go of in order to fully arrive here?

Afternoon Practice: Journaling or private reflection with optional spa/water immersion as a metaphor for “washing off the outside world.”

Evening Circle: Long-table dinner with a curated conversation menu (storytelling prompts at the table). Sample prompt: Share a time when you felt deeply connected to a team or group—what made that possible?

Day 2: Flowing with Connection

Kayaking & Exploration | ~6 hrs kayaking/walking

Theme: Trust in Movement – Opening to Each Other

Leadership Thread: Paired paddle partners explore trust through coordinated action and dialogue. Prompt: What does trust look like for me in leadership? Where is it hard to give or receive?

Afternoon Integration: Quiet journaling or shared storytelling at the dunes.

Evening Circle: Fireside or lodge lounge reflection with a question like: What’s one thing you’ve learned about someone here that moved you?

Optional Practice: Stargazing meditation—silent group moment under the night sky, anchoring a sense of shared belonging in vastness.

Day 3: Returning with Purpose

Walk through Eucalypt Forests | ~1 hr walking

Theme: Belonging and Return – Carrying the Experience Forward

Leadership Thread: Forest walk as a metaphor for personal leadership journey—supported by sound and stillness.

Final Conversation Circle: Shared intentions and commitments around the long table before departure. Prompt: How will I lead differently because of what I’ve experienced here?

Closing Ritual: Raise a glass in gratitude and shared commitment to creating spaces of belonging in the corporate world and beyond.

This isn't just a walk along Australia’s iconic coast—it’s a deeply human journey through nature, story, and self. Across three days of breathtaking landscapes, locally sourced meals, and soulful dialogue, this immersive experience is crafted to bring individuals and teams into deeper alignment—with themselves and with one another.

Day 1: Grounding in Nature & Self

Blanket Bay to Cape Otway (approx. 3 hrs walking)

Theme: Beginning with Self – Presence, Awareness, and Intention

Leadership Thread: Participants are invited into silence for the first 30 minutes of the walk to reflect on, “What do I need to leave behind to truly show up here?”

Genuine Conversation Circle (Evening): Around the fire or dinner table, gently facilitated dialogue exploring values, personal leadership, and the role of vulnerability in authentic leadership.

Connection Practice: Pair walks or storytelling prompts to build openness and safety in the group.

Day 2: Deepening Connection

Moonlight Head to Wreck Beach (approx. 3.5 hrs walking)

Theme: Trust – Navigating Challenge and Change Together

Leadership Thread: As the trail shifts terrain, so too do our conversations—exploring the role of trust, listening, and empathy in leadership. Optional paired or trio conversations with prompts like: “When have I truly felt seen at work? What made that possible?”

Genuine Conversation Circle (Evening):

A storytelling round where each person shares a moment of courage or connection in their life. The rainforest setting and shared foot baths enhance emotional warmth and openness.

Day 3: Belonging and Integration

Princetown to the Twelve Apostles (approx. 3 hrs walking)
